Friendly staff. Great location. Clean!
Although there were rooms were available, we were not offered a free upgrade which is often in my experience the case.
A bit cold if you do not use the air condition, of which I am not a fan.

Location right next to the sea, we had a sea view room with balcony, fantastic. restaurant was great food very good. Will stay again when next in town.

Staff are always amazing, the rooms always spotless, and the food excellent. Always my first choice when in the area.
This time of year the restaurant is only open at weekends. But excellent food options in Loutraki so not all is lost.

We paid extra for the water view from the room and it was great. Breakfast was quite nice.
The staff was helpful and the hotel is very quiet and fits a couple vacation.
We had 2 main issues -
The hotel is marketing photos with a pool, which in reality is part of an expensive room and isn’t included within the hotel’s facilities. I actually booked this hotel because of the pool! And was disappointed. I was comparing with another great hotel and chose this one for false marketing.
The other issue was the rooms without water view that we booked originally- they are facing a road, the balcony is right next to it, so value for money without the upgrade we paid for, is much lower than it appears.
