PRIMARY BEDROOM: Sleeps 2 with a KING bed, smart TV and ample closet space.

LIVING & KITCHEN AREA: Fully equipped to prepare meals. Fridge w/ ice-maker, electric range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, Keurig K-Cup coffee maker & traditional carafe coffee maker. Dining seating has 3 bar stools on the center island and a small bistro table that seats 2 on the covered, enclosed lanai outside. Living area has a smart TV.

*WIFI and high speed internet equipped.

LOFT SPACE: The loft is an open, shared space above the kitchen and living area with a set of stairs and balcony to the lower level. There is a full-size bed and a queen size bed, and one bathroom with a stand in shower w/ *slanted ceilings. *light filters from the lower level and sounds from the living area and kitchen may not be suitable for those who are sensitive or require privacy. *Please preview photos prior to booking.

*There is a set of stairs leading up to this unit, as well as a set of narrow stairs that leads up to the loft space. NOT ADA accessible or suitable for people with mobility issues.

*Includes a full sized in-unit washer/dryer.

Turtle Bay Estates East is surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds and offers guests pools, a BBQ area, tennis, and pickle ball courts. The pool is usually not crowded.

The Ritz Carlton Resort is adjacent to this property and offers secluded beaches for swimming or snorkeling, surfing, and hiking trails. First-class dining in over five restaurants, and a luxurious Spa (available with an appointment). Turtle Beach (2 minute drive, 11 minute walk)
Take a surf lesson, rent a stand-up paddle board in the protected Turtle Bay, or play a round of golf on one of the two Championship golf courses, Arnold Palmer or Fazio.
Experience beautiful starry nights in the country from your lanai, or catch some live entertainment at Surfer the Bar within the resort.

Kahuku shrimp trucks and other food options are about a ten minute drive east. Honolulu and Waikiki are roughly an hour and a half drive away on the lovely and scenic east side.
