Welcome to this nicely updated two bedroom condo located on the peaceful East side of Kuilima Estates at Turtle Bay. The condo features brand new tile flooring in the living room and kitchen along with new kitchen cabinetry!
This unit has a King bed in the master bedroom/bathroom. There is a large sliding glass window to let in the cool breezes. An additional bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is an oversize loft bedroom with a 2 queen. There is a spacious half bath with large closet area in the loft. The loft also has A/C.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home. There is seating for four at the dining table and additional seating on the lanai.
One of the two swimming pools on the East side is located just across the parking area of this unit. Just 30 steps away . The tennis courts are close by as well. It is under a 10 minute walk to the public beach next to the Turtle Bay Hotel as well as several restaurants on the grounds.
Lei Lei's restaurant by the pro shop is a short walk and features indoor or outdoor dining.
The condo complex is just minutes from the top Surfing beaches in the world, Sunset Beach, Pipeline, Waimea. Don't miss beautiful Waimea Valley and falls.
And of course there is the Polynesian Cultural Center that is certainly worth visiting.
Supermarkets are about 3 miles in either direction from the Kuilima Estates. Historic and popular Haleiwa Town is 13 miles from Turtle Bay and offers lots of shopping and restaurants.

This little condo had everything we needed! The kids really enjoyed the Pickleball court and the pool on site. Paul, the property manager, was great to work with.

Total package! Home away from home. Everything our family of 5 needed and more. Plenty of space, steps from pool and beaches. Perfect launch pad for the entire north shore.

Unfortunately, our stay was highly unsatisfactory and fell short of basic expectations, particularly regarding cleanliness. The unit was simply not clean. We noted substantial buildup on the walls, baseboards, and doors, indicating a long overdue deep cleaning.Several factors severely impacted our comfort:A strange, persistent smell, possibly emanating from the room A/C units.Worn and threadbare bath towels that are past their useful life.A non-working ceiling fan/light in the master bedroom.Crucially, when we needed the extra bedding, it had a distinct sour odor, suggesting it was left wet too long—a significant hygiene concern.Lastly, the check-in procedure felt unnecessarily complicated; the requirement to walk to the unit to retrieve the key fob before driving onto the property should be streamlined.
