This newly renovated second story unit with high ceilings and loft is located on the Fazio Golf Course adjacent to the Kuilima West tennis court, pool and BBQ area at Turtle Bay. This is resort living at its best! The unit has Koa laminate floors throughout except for porcelain tiles in both bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom is appointed with a walk-in rain shower for that extra tropical feeling. The living room has an all-leather queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress for extra comfort. The living room also has a 45-inch wall-mounted (smart) TV so that it can be viewed from the kitchen, living room or the screened-in lanai. The kitchen has all new appliances: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen also has a large pantry for stocking up. The master bedroom with its queen-size bed is located separately at the front of the unit with its own A/C and ceiling fan. The master bedroom also has its own 32 inches (Smart) TV. The upstairs loft has two double (full size) beds with its own bathroom. The property is located so that the aromatic trade winds flow freely through the unit.

Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.
