The modern kitchen is outfitted with sleek stainless-steel appliances, making meal preparation a delight. The spacious bedroom offers a peaceful retreat featuring ample light. The two full bathrooms provide ultimate convenience and privacy, or simply to enjoy the added luxury of extra space. There is plenty of parking, which is an added bonus for downtown Beaufort! With its prime location near the water, and private dock access, this condo is perfect, whether you’re looking for a weekend getaway or week stay, this home offers the best waterfront living. BED CONFIGURATION: 1 Queen Bed WHAT IS PROVIDED: Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar. Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide. OTHER NOTES: -Shed in the back is not allowed to be used -Boat trailer cannot be parked at unit. Need to arrange for parking at The Boat House. -Not pet friendly -Not allowed to have a grill -Maximum size boat is 21ft long
