The home offers privacy and serenity and features its own private dock! Perfect for the family or a romantic getaway! Relax out on the deck and enjoy the breeze and views of the sound. Just minutes from local shops and restaurants of downtown Beaufort and just a short trip to Morehead City Waterfront and Atlantic Beach! BED CONFIGURATIONS: 4 Queen Beds LOCATION: 1021 Hwy 101 Beaufort, NC 28516 OTHER NOTES: -Hot tub is no longer available, effective 2022 -Please note, that gas fireplace cannot be used by guests -The boat needs to be 20ft from dock at low tide, 4 to 5 at high tide -No pets -No smoking
