Sunshine Vibes - Coastal Home close to Front St and Local Beaches

Sunshine Vibes is a fully updated 3-bedroom home in Beaufort, NC, just minutes from the waterfront and close to the Beaufort Hotel—a practical, more comfortable alternative to a hotel room for wedding weekends.

At 34 North Vacations, we take a different approach than typical property managers. Our homes are thoughtfully prepared, fully stocked, and intentionally designed for real stays—not bare-bones rentals. You’ll find the details that matter already here—coffee (both Keurig and drip), paper products, beach gear, and a clean, well-cared-for space—so you can arrive, settle in, and start enjoying your vacation right away. We focus on quality over quantity, creating a more comfortable, seamless experience from booking to check-out.

Stay close to the venue without sacrificing space. You’ll have room to get ready, relax between events, and enjoy Beaufort’s waterfront, shops, and restaurants—just a short walk or bike ride away.
