Superb 61 m² flat in the centre of Arcachon, on the 4th floor of a building that has retained all its charm and will win you over with its sunny terrace and sleek style!
Everything has been thought of to ensure you have a wonderful holiday with your family or friends. Just 2 minutes from the beach and close to the famous market, you're at the heart of all amenities!
The flat is composed as follows:
- Entrance hall
- Living room with kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, numerous cupboards, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso, comfortable sofa, TV.
- Bedroom: 1 double bed 140x200cm
The spacious bathroom has a large Italian shower, washbasin, towel rail, WC and washing machine.

Its central location, the nearby beach, the view of the Bassin, its space, its decor and its terraces!
Bed linen, towels, bath mats and quality tea towels are provided, and the beds will be made for your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, you'll need a few Nespresso capsules, tea, condiments, dishwasher and washing machine tablets...
The flat is ideally located in Arcachon, in a pedestrianised street. All the shops, restaurants and amenities are within easy walking distance, as are the bicycle hire companies for exploring the Arcachon basin and the Dune du Pyla via the cycle paths. The pier for boat trips to Ile aux Oiseaux and Cap Ferret is also nearby, at the Thiers jetty.

It's hard to choose between the multitude of activities on offer in the Bay of Arcachon!
Ideally located, you can explore the charming Ville d'Hiver district, with its maze of narrow streets leading to sumptuous 19th-century villas.
At lunchtime, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the Bassin's oyster-farming harbours, more likely in the port of La Teste or Gujan, or at the market 2 minutes away (bring a container if you want them to open your oysters, and don't go too late for this request!), then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla and revel in all the beauty of the Bay of Arcachon!

- Arcachon station 8 minutes' walk away, trains every hour, 50-minute journey from Bordeaux
- Bordeaux airport 68.3 km away (52 minutes by car)
