L’emplacement.
Le manque d’hygiène. Couettes sales et jaunes. Protèges matelas pas changés depuis quand? Protèges oreillers pas changés. Odeur de transpiration. Matelas du canapé inconfortable. Tapis de douche pas changé entre chaque client. On nous a porté les serviettes de douche et linge de lit en boule tout chiffonné dans un sac Aldi moyennant 60€ en espèces. Le ménage laissait à désirer. La cabine de douche n’en parlons pas. J’ai pris des photos que je tiens à disposition.

80€ charge on bed linen & towels after it was booked, bed linen & towels were old & shabby and the quantity I paid for not provided. I’m informed the local rep & she told me she would drop them off, this never happened. Also cleanliness not up to standard, there was a used soap bar left in the shower so I cleaned the bathroom myself.
