Bel appartement très bien situé avec vue sur le bassin. A 2 pas du marché et proches commerces et pôles activités. Je conseille pour séjour en couple

Emplacement parfait pour aller à la plage face à l’appartement ,et le centre-ville est à 2pas ; on peut tout faire à pieds,l’emplacement de parking sécurisé est précieux.La jetée pour prendre le bateau est aussi en face .L’appartement est très confortable pour 2 personnes ,le point fort étant la grande terrasse pour les repas et la lecture

Emplacement idéal et vue exceptionnelle. Literie confortable et cuisine fonctionnelle. Il y aurait toutefois quelques prestations à améliorer pour améliorer le confort.
