Appartement spacieux …manques de mobilier extérieur ( salon de jardin ) et les chaises de la salle à manger sont toute bancal …le grille-pain ne fonctionne pas..!!

Logement idéalement situé avec superbe vue sur l'océan. L'appartement avec parking à proximité est très fonctionnel, bien isolé, avec les équipements qui conviennent, même si un peu datés. Un rafraîchissement sera à prévoir à moyen terme. Propreté moyenne. Ventilation à vérifier (odeur à l'arrivée et bruit VMC sdb)

Bel appartement idéalement placé, avec un parking très appréciable. Très belle vue. Très bien équipé. Cet appartement a vraiment du potentiel, mais il nécessite un bon coup de rafraichissement. La propreté laisse à désirer ( sols, vitres linges...) C'est dommage.

Vue superbe, appartement spacieux mais tout est à refaire. Odeur de renfermé permanente. Pas très propre. Literie à revoir.
