Welcome to our beautifully updated double-brick Californian Bungalow, offering a stylish stay in one of Melbourne’s most vibrant suburbs.
Perfect for couples, small families, or friends, this home comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests.
Inside, you’ll find a bright and airy space with charming period features, including polished timber floors, decorative cornices, and feature lighting. The main bedroom features a comfy queen bed, and there’s a Murphy bed (also queen-sized) in the living area for additional guests.
The open-plan living area includes:
- A cozy gas heater and split-system aircon
- Fully equipped kitchen
- TV with local channels/cable
- Wi-Fi access
- Washer and dryer
A modern bathroom and plenty of storage complete the home, making it an ideal base for both short and extended stays.
Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire home, including a separate front entrance. Self check-in is easy and secure via a lockbox.
Free and unlimited street parking is available right outside.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled on Brunswick Road, our home is perfectly located for those who want to experience the best of inner-north Melbourne.
Enjoy walking distance to:
Lygon Street – famous for its cafes, restaurants, and Italian heritage
Sydney Road – buzzing with shops, vintage finds, and live music venues
Public transport – easy access to trams, trains, and buses
Parks and trails – perfect for morning walks or a jog
Local schools and amenities
This community-minded neighbourhood offers a perfect mix of culture, convenience, and green space — ideal for work trips, weekend escapes, or longer getaways.
Other Things to Note:
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the house we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
Lost key penalty - $300
We are pet-friendly – your well-behaved furry companions are welcome!
All basic amenities and essentials (towels, toiletries, kitchenware) are provided.
Murphy bed: it is not heavy and easy to pull down and set up as a bed, but please be mindful when pulling it down - better to have assistance.
Linens will be provided when extra guests are declared on the official guest list.
TV is not a smart TV.
TV only has local channels, no streaming applications.
