Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (each with 2 90x200 cm beds that can be joined to 180x200 cm), 1 bedroom (with 1 160x200 cm bed), shower room and separate toilet. Easy access thanks to the proximity of the main roads. Secure private parking. Private garden of approximately 2400 m². Charging point for electric vehicles approximately 700 m away. 2 minutes from the Chambray commercial area (drive-through, all shops, etc.). Non-smoking accommodation. Close to the city and yet with a country feel! Disconnect, the great sites of the Loire Valley within easy reach, while enjoying the vast garden to play with young and old, this beautiful program awaits you!
