About this house rental
House completely renovated in 2010, beautiful materials and contemporary comfort.
The property comprises a large stone main house, with a floor and a guest house with a floor.
it includes a storeroom, and a sculpture workshop, all around a large garden and facing the castle of Veretz.
To isolate itself, another small garden sheltered sheltered with ancient garden furniture.
Tours is 10 minutes from the house, it is a great university and cultural city (cinemas, theater, opera, concerts) with gourmet or creative restaurants and a beautiful old town.
This trip will allow you to discover our beautiful touraine, listed as World Heritage by Unesco.
The most beautiful castles of the Loire are around:
Chenonceau, Azay the curtain, Chaumont (and gardens) Rigny Ussé, Villandry, Amboise, Blois and others are less than half an hour from home.
The Grand Touraine Aquarium is only 15 minutes from home.
Many famous flea markets are held every weekend in nearby towns.
Other pleasures of the village:
Swimming in the price, and the river is a few minutes walk from the house, and we bathe in! Also running, horse riding, forest walks, fishing (permit required).

Ground floor: a large entrance distributing a large Italian shower room, with toilet and laundry.

First floor:
A large master bedroom, 3 windows with large double electric bed.
A bathroom bath, and an independent toilet.

A large TV lounge, music, video.
FRIENDS HOUSE
Ground floor: living room fireplace, wc.
1st floor: 2 communicating double rooms with external staircase for the 2nd and a bathroom with wc.

Sun beds, large living room and garden table in teak, with cushions and mattresses.
