About this apartment rental
Welcome to Villa Royale, a quiet, boutique condo in the heart of McCormick Ranch- Central Scottsdale. Within walking distance to all of the restaurants located on Hayden Rd. and Via De Ventura, and only a 10-15 minute drive to Old Town and Scottsdale Quarter/Kierland. This beautifully updated condo is located on the the 2nd level and features a balcony that overlooks the community pool and spa, and a 1 car garage. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a home away from home feel. Master features a New Beautyrest Queen mattress, walk-in closet, double vanity with excellent lighting and a walk-in shower. The condo also has a full size washer & dryer, perfect for an extended stay. We provide essentials (linen, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc.) at the beginning of your stay, although we recommend getting more supplies for the duration of your stay.
Amenities include a heated pool in the winter months, 2 BBQ's, & a fitness center. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our condo.
Not Allowed:
-Smoking on the premises (including medical cannabis)
-Any animals
-Unregistered guests
-Speakers at the pool
In an effort to be good neighbors, we strive to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum.
Quiet Hours are from 10pm-7am.
You are not permitted to hold a party or event, such as birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions, etc. If you have a party on the property, disturb the neighbors, or the police are called for any reason, you agree to vacate the rental immediately with no refund for unstayed days.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses while on the property. We are also not responsible for loss or damage of your personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, you undertake that all guests expressly assume the risk for any harm arising from using the property.
Accidents happen. Please let us know if anything breaks during your stay so we can fix or replace it before the next check-in.
Please do not leave any personal items after checkout and remember to log out of any subscriptions on the TV. We are not responsible for any charges to your account.
