Completely renovated Nov 2020.
Prime location, walking distance to Spring training, great wild lodge,
Minutes to Barrett Jackson, TPC, casinos, Odysea Aquarium, Sky Harbor airport.
Excellent neighborhood, walking trails.
Brand new Bamboo mattress. New appliances, gorgeous porcelain tile thru out, laundry available same floor also vending machine.. amenities, heated pool, spa, kiddie pool, BBQ area..

The condo was in excellent condition, clean and well kept. Julie was immediately responsive to questions. I had need for an iron which I could not locate. Julie quickly went to work to make one available for me (I ultimately found the one described in the VRBO listing in the closet).
