Regardless of booking length, only 1 booking accepted per 30 days. Beautiful new floors throughout! This location is perfect for all Scottsdale has to offer. Whether you’re out enjoying Old Town, Topgolf, Kierland, games at Salt River Fields, walks along the Greenway or dining at the wonderful restaurants just down the street you’ll love coming home to this well-furnished and comfortable condo. Cooking is a pleasure in the stainless/granite kitchen with its wide counter top bar, La Sur Table dinnerware, matching glasses, blender, toaster, food processor and all the utensils needed. Have your meals at the granite bar or the dining room that seats 6. The southwest living room with matching recliners and leather sofa comes complete with a large flat screen Smart TV. The balcony overlooks a tree lined courtyard complete with new BBQ grills. Each of the two bedrooms offer comfortable king sized beds with ample pillows and stylish bedding. Enjoy the privacy of the master suite with its flat screen TV, access to the balcony, walk in closet, en suite bath with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom offers the same comfortable king sized bed and is next to the second bath which features a walk-in shower. Other conveniences include: full size washer/dryer, wireless internet, 3 streaming TVs, towels/linens including beach towels, queen air mattress, and start up toiletries and cleaning/laundry supplies. Best VRBO stay we’ve ever had. Great location, quiet, clean and comfortable. The condo has very comfortable beds and was extremely well equipped with appliances, dishes and supplies. We would definitely stay here again!
