Great unit just steps from swimming pool, gym and a gas BBQ right off patio. Walking distance to greenbelt, lakes with bike/walk paths, Salt River fields, many restaurants and coffee shops. We loved this property and its excellent location, a short walk to Mercado del Lago with its restaurants, coffee shop, and walking path along lake and golf course. It's an easy drive from here to golf courses, shopping, restaurants and excursions.
This very comfortable condo was furnished with everything we needed. It has a very nice patio which we enjoyed. Surven (owner) was great to work with and available by phone/text for any questions. He was very accommodating. We look forward to staying here again.

Every effort was made to accommodate my mother’s stay at this property. It is a great and private location in Scottsdale, close to everything. The perfect rental in all ways.

Serven the owner was most accommodating. The unit was loaded with all amenities. All appliances were in good working order.
Recommendations of restaurants and groceries were right on. We had a very relaxing stay. I would recommend this unit to any one.
