Pink Pearl - charming fisherman's cottage (4 bedrooms, 7 people) in the heart of Trouville

Charming holiday home for 7 people in the heart of Trouville-sur-Mer. Our ideally located house is a 2-minute walk from the fish market and Rue des Bains, a 6-7 minute walk from Trouville beach, and a 7-minute walk from Deauville-Trouville train station. Our house is spread over a first floor and two upper floors. The first floor includes: - a living room with a white Roche Bobois leather sofa, 3 armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, and a dining area - a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and hob induction, a hood and a dishwasher

The landing on the 1st floor leads to:
- a large bedroom (the green room) with a 160x200 bed (new high-end Treca mattress 30 cm thick), a desk, a sofa and a small balcony
- a small bedroom (blue) with a 140x190 bed; This room provides access to a shower room equipped with a shower, a sink and a washer-dryer. A toilet is located on the landing. The 2nd floor landing leads to: - a large bedroom (pink) with a 160x200 cm bed (new, high-end Treca mattress, 30 cm thick), a desk, two wardrobes, two poufs and a small balcony; - a small bedroom (grey) with a 90x190 cm bed, a small wardrobe and a small desk; this bedroom provides access to a bathroom equipped with a large bathtub, a sink and a toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided. The beds are made upon your arrival. If needed, a travel cot can be provided (no baby bedding). During the summer season, there is a minimum stay of 4 nights. Pets are not allowed. The neighbors are year-round residents; please respect them and keep noise to a minimum late at night. The house is non-smoking, and we have young children whom we wish to protect from tobacco smoke. Please use the balconies for smoking and refrain from smoking inside the house.
