The house is located in the well-known neighborhood - Kerrisdale, a true definition of a classic west side Vancouver neighborhood. Lush, towering mature trees guard pristine character homes and lead to an exceptional full service village at the heart of the community.
Our neighborhood is a relatively bike-friendly part of the city with dedicated bike lanes and bike routes.
Our property sits just off the bicycle route, offering easy access for cyclists. You can explore the best of Vancouver and visit iconic sights, explore vibrant neighborhoods, and enjoy Vancouver’s natural beauty by following these featured bike routes. We have a plenty space to store your bikes.
This basement suite boasts one inviting spacious bedroom with an extra big queen bed. The living room offers a full size bed and a sofa bed for extra guests. The unit has its own entrance and independent space. You can enjoy amenities like high-speed WiFi, Netflix, and washer/dryer machine.
The property is close to everything:
- 10 min drive to UBC,
- 15 min drive to YVR airport,
- 15 min drive to Downtown Vancouver,
- 5 min walk to bus stops ride to Canada Line skytrain station, downtown, UBC and Richmond.
- Many Vancouver major parks and beaches are nearby.
- The house has good bones but with lower ceiling height up to 7.1 feet.

The location made it easy to get to all that Vancouver has to offer. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet too. The suite itself has a modern kitchen and cozy bedrooms. We had a very nice stay.

Quiet neighborhood, never saw a neighbor, rarely a stranger on a walk. Felt super safe. Lots of bus stops near by which we utilized heavily.Small space and short ceilings as you can expect in Vancouver. But good enough for a couple or two. Don’t book if you measure over 6’5” in height. Very fair price, would consider booking again.
