Me cobraron tres veces el costo de la habitación
Me cobraron tres veces con tres tarjetas diferentes y no tuvieron a bien decirme que el pago se había triplicado y requiero el dato para que los bancos devuelvan el dinero o ustedes eso para mí es robo

El lugar era muy lindo y su ubicación era excelente, muy limpio , tenían un mini bar para poder tener agua fresca y alimentos El balcón es maravilloso
No tenía aire acondicionado y con las temperaturas de Madrid se hace muy incómodo la estadía . La ducha estaba rota salía agua por un caño que no debía salir , no había hacía tibia , tampoco ofrecían productos de aseo como shampoo y crema para el pelo ni jabón . Para ingresar se necesita una app que siendo turista no siempre se tiene señal o batería , me pasó de quedarme sin batería y no podía ingresar al lugar , por suerte otra huésped me abrió después de insistir en golpear la puerta
