Great location, it was clean, I like mirrors everywhere. They let us check in earlier so I’m very thankful for that!
You can see that it’s on 5ft floor without elevator before booking so it was not a problem for us, the stairs weren’t that bad.
Cracked floor it was very dangerous, we kept tripping over it all the time
Also it was very cold inside, small heater wasn’t enough we were freezing

The location is perfect for a city break in Madrid. Tho, from photos, I was lead to believe there are 2 different rooms with a door in between. Actually, there is no door and it seems to be some kind of false wall in between which is not what I expected.
