City Heart Apt

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Hospitality – Highly Recommended I had a wonderful stay at City Heart Apartment in Almaty and would gladly give more than 5 stars if possible. My flight landed at around 4:00 AM, and although my apartment was not yet ready, the hosts arranged a complimentary early check-in at 10:00 AM without any extra charge. What truly impressed me was their kindness before check-in. Instead of making me wait outside after an overnight journey, they welcomed me into their own apartment so I could refresh and rest. This level of hospitality is something I have rarely experienced during my travels. A special thanks to Mr. Dzhan, the owner's teenage son, who speaks excellent English and was extremely helpful and courteous. He even offered his own room so that I could get some sleep until my apartment was ready. His kindness left a lasting impression on me. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a secure gated residential community on Panfilov Street, within walking distance of Green Bazaar, Arbat Street, restaurants, shops, and public transport. It is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with a balcony, comfortable bed, sofa, TV, wardrobe, work table, washing machine, refrigerator, kettle, dining area, complete kitchen utensils, and a clean bathroom with WC and faucet facilities. The only point future guests should note is that the building is an older residential building without a lift, so carrying heavy luggage to the 3rd floor may be challenging. However, this was a very minor inconvenience compared to the outstanding hospitality, excellent location, comfort, and value offered by the property. What truly made this stay memorable was the kindness and genuine care shown by the hosts. I will gladly stay here again whenever I visit Almaty and strongly recommend City Heart Apartment to anyone visiting the city. The building is an older apartment block without a lift, which may be difficult for guests travelling with large or heavy luggage. Apart from that, I had a very comfortable stay and the hosts were exceptionally helpful and welcoming.

The only thing I could say is the bed needs a thicker comforter layer

Отличное расположение в центре. Приветливые хозяева. Чистая , уютная квартира. есть всё необходимое под рукой.

Не очень удобная кровать. Хотелось бы заменить матрац.

Чистая уютная квартира, все как на фото, все необходимое было. Локация хорошая, рядом много магазинов, кафешек, недалеко местный Арбат. 20-30 минут на такси до аэропорта. Хозяева всегда на связи. Кондей!!!

Очень долгий нагрев воды в душе Оплата либо наличкой, либо Каспий (которого у меня нет), в своей стране мне тенге купить было негде, пришлось искать обменники по прилету Не хватало кастрюли Почему-то не было одеяла на кровати, но нашла его в шкафу, возможно просто убрали пока жаркий сезон, некритично
