Enjoy unobtructed views of Banderas Bay and the Pacific Ocean from this spacious 1900 square foot, 2.5 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, sleeping up to 6, located in the premium mid-tower of the Grand Venetian Resort. You will enjoy fireworks almost every night from our large terrace.
This unit is on the 7th floor and features a large living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, a gas barbecue is provided on your private balcony. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the master bathroom includes dual sinks and ample closet space. The second bedroom has two single beds (which can be converted to a king bed) and an attached bathroom. Both rooms have luxury bedding and share a terrace overlooking the Sierra Madre mountains surrounding Puerto Vallarta. The room sleeps two people in double bunk beds. There is a wide screen TV with DVD player in case you or the kids want to take a break from the beach, sightseeing and shopping. And for that special meal, you can grill fresh seafood or steaks on the gas grill located on your private deck.
We have high-speed private wifi and Firestick for TV. Public wifi is available in common areas outside the condo.
The Grand Venetian resort has 5 large infinity pools with comfortable loungers (we provide the beach towels!). Also on site there are 2 tennis courts. If you choose to bring or rent a car, underground parking is included with the unit. You can catch the bus (about 50 cents) at the resort entrance or ask the concierge to call a taxi to pick you up in the lobby. If you don't want to take the 10 minute drive downtown, there is a restaurant on site, as well as many great restaurants (and a Starbucks too) at the Peninsula Shopping Center next door or within walking distance. Supermarkets, Costco and Sams Club are also nearby. La Isla, a large luxury shopping center with restaurants and a cinema, is right next door.
In season you can watch whales from the terrace. Then in the evening watch the sunsets and nightly fireworks and watch the cruise ships heading out to sea knowing you will have another day here in paradise.
Weekly cleaning service is included for longer stays. Daily service is available for a nominal additional fee. A washer/dryer and iron/ironing board are included in the unit if desired. Children are welcome, but smoking and pets are not allowed.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size y el baño principal incluye dos lavabos y un amplio espacio de guardarropas. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales (que se pueden convertir en una cama king) y un baño adjunto. Ambas habitaciones tienen ropa de cama de lujo y comparten una terraza con vista a las montañas de la Sierra Madre que rodean Puerto Vallarta. La sala tiene capacidad para dos personas en literas dobles. Hay un televisor de pantalla ancha con reproductor de DVD en caso de que usted o los niños quieran tomar un descanso de la playa, hacer turismo y hacer compras. Y para esa comida especial, puede asar mariscos o filetes frescos en la parrilla de gas ubicada en su terraza privada.
Disponemos de wifi privado de alta velocidad y Firestick para la TV. Hay wifi público disponible en las áreas comunes fuera del condominio.
El complejo Grand Venetian cuenta con 5 grandes piscinas infinitas con cómodas tumbonas (¡nosotros proporcionamos las toallas de playa!). También en el lugar hay 2 canchas de tenis.
Si elige traer o alquilar un automóvil, el estacionamiento subterráneo está incluido con la unidad. Puedes coger el autobús (unos 50 céntimos) en la entrada del complejo o pedirle al conserje que llame a un taxi para que te recoja en el vestíbulo. Si no desea tomar el viaje de 10 minutos al centro, hay un restaurante en el lugar, así como muchos restaurantes excelentes (y también un Starbucks) en el centro comercial Peninsula al lado o a poca distancia. Supermercados, Costco y Sams Club también están cerca. La Isla, un gran centro comercial de lujo con restaurantes y cine, está justo al lado.
En temporada se pueden observar las ballenas desde la terraza. Luego, por la noche, vea las puestas de sol y los fuegos artificiales nocturnos y observe los cruceros que se dirigen al mar sabiendo que tendrá otro día aquí en el paraíso.
El servicio de limpieza semanal está incluido para estancias más largas. El servicio diario está disponible por una tarifa adicional nominal. Una lavadora/secadora y plancha/tabla de planchar están incluidas en la unidad si así lo desea. Los niños son bienvenidos, pero no se permite fumar ni tener mascotas.

My family of four had the best time staying at this condo!! It was super clean and luxurious, had beautiful pools and landscape, the most amazing views of the ocean and city, and close to shopping (malls and grocery) along with delicious restaurants close by.
It was also close to the marina and had a firework show every evening. We can't wait to go back!! Caroline was super easy to reach through email and always responded to questions very quickly and kindly. Marcos was very friendly and helpful getting us to our room and explaining all the amenities and information to help us have the best trip ever!! We made the most amazing memories and look forward to vacationing here again!! Thank you Caroline and Marcos!! : )

My family had a great stay at the Grand Venetian. The location of this unit is perfect to enjoy some truly beautiful sunsets. We also enjoyed the many pools and the in place restaurant and we can't wait to get back!
