Oyster Bay Oasis

6/16/26 - 6/21/26. Close to restaurants and shopping. The house was nice and comfortable . We enjoyed the back porch, which is screened in. They had plenty of seating on the deck. They also had two hammocks, which was great for napping. There were 3 kayaks, which we did not get a chance to use. We were grateful that it was dog friendly as we have a small crate trained pug. They also had 2 coffee pots. One for K-cups and the other so you could make a pot of coffee. Central air worked great as it was 90 and humid. Keep in mind to bring your own blower dryer, body soap and shampoo as they do not supply that. Down stairs was an ironing board but no iron. The island grocery store was convenient, and cashiers were so sweet. If you are looking to do grocery shopping before you get to the house, there is a Walmart and food lion before you go over the final bridge to island. Also pick up paper towels and toilet paper. They do supply you with some but I use alot of paper towels. Great place to stay and very safe, police patrol the streets at least 4 times day.
