Sleeps up to 11 with 1 king, 2 queens, 2 queen conversion sofa/sleepers and a twin fold-out sleep chair. The house was a great place for the family to use as a home base for the beach, the wildlife, the town and the ponies. Although it was behind a house on the road the home was a great layout. Kitchen, dining and living room was perfect for the whole family. The small extra bedroom/tv room near the kitchen was great for kids to watch a movie and adults to visit in the living room.

We were excited for have a lovely 4 day stay on Chincoteague Island and found the Tranquility home overall perfect for our group of 4 adults and one dog. With being a new home (still smelled like a new build!) the house was well appointed with beach decor, a brand new kitchen with any appliance you could need, plus ample bedrooms/bathrooms for everyone. Tucked away off of Deep Hole Rd, the location was perfect - close to everything while also not being on the busy main streets. There were a few changes we’d recommend: there was no full length mirror in the home, which would have been a nice addition. There was a cute front porch and a back porch but only one (very uncomfortable) bench on the front porch that could only fit two people. Would be great to have additional porch furniture to sip morning coffeees or cocktails on. While each bathroom had a small trash bag in it on arrival, it would have been nice to have extra small trash bags. We ended up going out and buying our own. There was also a small oversight with our outside trash bin never arriving so we had to take our trash up to the trash/recycling station across the street. We also never received the WiFi password and needed to ask for those details after our arrival. These are such small inconveniences that were easily overcome and it not impact the quality of our stay. Overall we highly recommend the home!
