The apartment is located in the midst of the town of Maggia. It is lovely decorated and very well furnished. There were coffee capsules and bottles of water provided, which we greatly appreciated. The communication with the host was great and they responded quickly. We would recommend staying there.
Even though it was May and a warm day, it was rather cold in the apartment. Across from the apartment was a bar/restaurant, where the locals blasted music, but luckily they stopped after 10 p.m. Other than that, the stay was great.

Tolle Lage. Ordentliche Küche. Kleiner Balkon. Spülmaschine. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation.
Enge Parkplätze. Enges Treppenhaus. Zweiter Stock. Treppe in der Wohnung. Oben Dachzimmer. Viele unterschiedliche Heizungen, dadurch überall eine andere Temperatur.

L'accès est facile, la communication toppissime! Le soleil du tessin était au rdv, mais il faisait froid, alors la cheminée était très agréable. Le propriétaire nous a amené un peu de petit bois pour démarrer. L'appartement est également bien chauffé si besoin. Il est très spacieux et surplombe la place du village - parking - avec fontaine. Literie confortable. La nuit c'est calme, à entendre la hulotte dans le bois à proximité!
La cuisine est large, mais pourrait être un peu plus équipée (nous avons dû improviser des cocotiers et la passoire pour les spaghetti est un peu petite)

Schön eingerichtete Wohnung an super Lage. Ruhig und sehr gut mit dem ÖV erreichbar.
Einfacher check-in und check-out.
Sehr sauber. Zwei Badezimmer, eins mit Badewanne.
Die Wohnung ist etwas ringhörig.
