Komunikacja. Problemy z dodzwonieniem w dniu wyjazdu. Brak jednoznacznej instrukcji ws. opuszczenia obiektu.

Obiekt czysty i dobrze wyposażony, niewątpliwym atutem jest strefa spa z basenem i saunami. Obsługa przez stronę internetową obiektu.
Przydałoby się odnowić ścianę z widokiem szafki w szatni i doczyścić kratki wokół basenu choć należy przyznać że było bardzo czysto.

Przestronny apartament, ma wszystkie udogodnienie, aby wypoczywać jak w domu. Zmywarka, pralka, żelazko, mikrofala. Wygodny balkon. Dwa telewizory.
Błędna informacja, że jest to apartament z basenem i saunami. Basen nieduży jest w innym budynku, jest udostępniony dla 4 dużych apartamentowców. Przez cały pobyt 10 dniowy nie dało się skorzystać z basenu o żadnej porze. Był zatłoczony i okupowany przez rodziny z dziećmi od 9 rano do wieczora. Sauny 2 małe czynne od 16, też ciągle zajęte. Cena apartamentu jest zbyt wysoka, a o tym że basen jest w innym budynku poinformowano nas tuż przed przyjazdem i po opłaceniu pobytu. To nieuczciwe, bo wybraliśmy celowo apartament, aby można było popływać.

Zimno, brak serwisu sprzątającego przy kilkudniowym pobyciu, nie bylo wymiany recznikow, sprzatania itd brudny i zimny basen bez atrakcji dla dzieci
