Although the information was shared via email, the entrance process felt quite tricky and could be improved—especially when arriving with no reception on site and everything being managed via email. Upon arrival, you have to wait for the barrier to open to reach the reception or ask the staff near the barrier about the parking location. Extra Payment for parking is also charged. 126PLN for 2 days including tourist tax, which was also unexpected, so stay informed. There was very little toilet paper, and we had to purchase more on the second day. Apart from this, everything else was available in the apartment. However, the Wi-Fi was not working, so we were unable to use it at all. The spa access is outdated and unnecessarily complicated. You are required to book a time slot in advance, yet when we arrived, there was no availability for us to use the spa that day. We had to insist, and only then did a staff member manage to arrange a one-hour slot. Being informed upon arrival that there is no space available for the spa is a very poor setup. The spa should be accessible to all guests without mandatory time-slot bookings, as is standard in other hotels in Szklarska Poręba. We would rate the spa access 1 star.

Lokalizacja i czystość

Pomimo opłacenia pobytu dla 5 osób w obiekcie przygotowano 4 szt kołder zakładając, że w drugiej mniejszej sypialni 2 osoby będą spały pod jedną kołdrą po to by 5 osoba mogła się przykryć kołdrą w salonie na rozkładanej kanapie. Ponadto 1 osoba nie miała przygotowanego szlafroka do korzystania na obiekcie basenowym. W trakcie rozmowy z osobą zajmującą się obsługą tel. Państwa obiektu, prowadzący rozmowę wykazał się małym zrozumieniem tematu kwitując „że przecież nie skoczy do sklepu po kołdrę”.
