Lokalizacja blisko najważniejszych szlaków i punktów w Szklarskiej. Sauna zdecydowanie się przydała. Łóżka i sofa wygodne. Pościel czysta. Dostępne urządzenia domowe (żelazko, deska, odkurzacz, suszarka do włosów, zmywarka, suszarka do prania). Były również nowe czyste gąbeczka, ściereczka i płyn do naczyń (a to rzadko się zdarza).
Ogólnie w pokoju dziennym bardzo ciemno. Sprzęty kuchenne do wymiany, w lodówce cieknie woda z zamrażalnika, patelnie odrapane. Niezadbana przestrzeń/ogródek przed domem. Ręczniki kąpielowe troszkę za małe. Pod łóżkami i za zasłonami nie posprzątane
