Gospodarzom bardzo mocno zależy na komforcie gości, interesują się, czy wszystko jest OK i czy coś nie trzeba poprawić. Na śniadanie (godzina umawiana indywidualnie) goście otrzymują dwa razy więcej jedzenia niż potrzeba, aby każdy mógł sobie zabrać w góry prowiant, który wystarczy do wieczora. Sam pensjonat jest zlokalizowany w pobliżu wejść na najważniejsze górskie szlaki w okolicy, w pobliżu dolnej stacji kolei linowej na Szrenicę, ma własny parking na kilka samochodów.

Wszystko co jest zawarte w opisie obiektu było dotrzymane. Jedzenie wystarczało na cały dzień. Było smaczne i smacznie podane. Pieczywo zróżnicowane i ciepłe. dodatki, desery co dzienne inne.
raczej wg naszych wymagań to tylko materace zbyt miękkie, ale i tak bardzo dobrze się spało
