I am writing this review to warn future travelers so they do not go through the nightmare experience my family and I faced at this hotel. Key Issues & Reality vs. Photos: Misleading Photos: The room photos advertised on Agoda are completely fake and do not reflect reality in any way. Extremely Unsanitary: The room was heavily infested with cockroaches and fungus. The bedsheets were filthy, and the walls were covered in stains and pests. Uninhabitable Conditions: It was impossible to stay even for a single hour, let alone overnight. We left immediately and did not stay a single night. Financial Loss & Uncooperative Management: Because of this emergency, we were forced to walk out and search for last-minute accommodation. Since Varanasi hotels were mostly fully booked, we had to pay double the price at another property just to have a safe, clean place to sleep. No one is compensating us for that severe inconvenience and financial loss. Refund & Resolution Status: Agoda customer support attempted to resolve this amicably and processed a 50% refund from their end. However, Collection O Jagannath Road is refusing to cooperate and release the full refund, despite us not using the room at all. I offered to settle this privately without leaving negative feedback, but due to the hotel management's complete lack of cooperation and refusal to acknowledge their unhygienic conditions, I am posting this review publicly along with photo and video proof. To Hotel Management: I demand a written confirmation authorizing a full 100% refund through Agoda immediately.
