The rooms were good for a budget stay and was also very near to Assi Ghat. Food was also available around the stay. Washroom could be more better. Great Attitude towards customers. loved the terrace place.

I had booked above two bookings through Agoda Aap for two standard rooms and one deluxe room for my family. I had completely paid the amount . And received confirmation email/ PDF regarding the same.
Once our family reached the said property at around 06:30 hrs the representative at front desk said that there were no bookings reflecting in their system. Further, they sent an e- mail simultaneously while our family having conversation with the said representative which stating that”to contact at Front desk as my booking was unable to accommodate.
This is trick used by management to sell their deluxe rooms.
Later, I had received a call from the property official number ( 9454196728) and said the standard rooms are sold out but they can provide 02 deluxe rooms ( charges will be applicable). I denied the same.
Also, in that call I reiterated regarding my refund of two bookings (as they said there were no bookings reflecting in their system) , in return the representative said it will be automatically refunded.
But till now I didn’t received refund of 15, 200/-
The management is not truthful. Great injustice to Lord shiva devotees.
Harhara Mahadev give us strength to teach a lesson to this Management.
