Insgesamt ganz passabel mit einigen Abstrichen

1.Frühstück wurde versprochen und nicht vorhanden 2.Problemme mit Stromleitung, daher ein Tag kein warmes Wasser. Das Problem ist bekannt, dennoch passiert es immer wieder. 3. Dreck hinter der Heizung: benutzte Unterwäsche, Tücher, Binden. Absolut ekelig und ein no go!

The apartment had everything needed for our stay

There wasn’t any negatives about the property

Very clean and well presented.

Everything was perfect and the fact I haven’t found it earlier.

Nice apartment, quiet neighborhood. You have to take a bus to/from the tube.

Acommodation said to provide free breakfast (for genius members). Turns out breakfast was only for the first night. Totally misleading and i would not have booked if I knew. Organizational skills could be improved (I stayed in 300+ hotels in my life, this one had the most "quirks" by far): 1. Mentioned breakfast situation 2. Apartment was not ready by the check in hour 3pm 3. At the breakfast cafe, they did not initially want to give me breakfast for the voucher, as they seemed to not fully be in agreement with the host (I had to call the host and connect them to the cafe owner to sort things out). Was not a pleasant experience as a guest 4. Lock box PIN was given. Later I received updated PIN. No problem. But before checkout - they sent me the wrong one again. No big deal, just an example of poor organization skills. 5. TV remote was not present
