Grand 2 bed Apartment

The place was clean with big rooms. Plenty of cupboard/wardrobe spaces and a desk with monitor. Smart TV and comfortable sofa in the living room with small side tables. Fairly well kitted out with fridge, kitchen utensils, saucepans, umbrellas etc. The garden was spacious with a washing line but no seating area.

The front, back and toilet doors were very stiff and difficult to open and close. There was no handwash available in either of the toilets. There is no AC or fans so in the hot weather was a bit uncomfortable, we had the windows open and curtains closed. There is a parking spot, in front of the place, but the curb hasn't been lowered and it's a tight spot, passengers had to get out before the car was parked. The instruction about cash deposit was incorrect/out of date. At around 12:30 on day of check -in we were contacted to send the £100 deposit via transfer. The deposit was returned swiftly.

The spaciousness, the WiFi, the garden, the decor. Having two bathrooms was a luxury. The host was helpful and available by phone. The kitchen was very well-equipped. There were handy shops/takeaways. Plenty of scope for getting to attractions (although we were there to visit family nearby).

Bedside lamps would have been useful. And there seems to be some tension with the neighbour about the parking area because "it should have a dropped kerb to be legal" (Nothing major, but she mentioned it)

The serenity and comfort of the environment. Very clean and also there's parking space which is reasonable. And closer to local shops, and big ASDA around the corner too. And also has a small office space which makes it easy for me to set up my laptop and work with ease

das Apartment war nur oberflächlich gereinigt (z.B. war das Innere der Schränke schmutzig/enthielt noch Müll der Vormieter), wenig Besteck/Geschirr (für 4 Personen nicht ausreichend Gabeln, wir haben ein Schneidebrett spendiert), Miniatur-Waschbecken in den Bädern, Ameisen im Wohnzimmer
