Everything,from the entrance of apartment down to the kitchen.Rooms oh. My God the beds was super comfortable

Both the house and host get a 10/10- The hosting was exceptional, from booking to checkout. There was even, bottled water and tasty snacks provided upon arriving! The host bent over backwards to ensure we had the best experience. The house is beautifully laid out and decorated and is clearly newly renovated, so everything was so clean and tidy, the beds were extremely comfortable! Location- really easy to get to from Central London, and all London airports. Fantastic stay!

The house is clean, and included everything we needed. The kitchen has plenty of utensils and lots of worktop space. There is a little courtyard garden which was nice visiting in April. The house is pretty quiet, and the beds were very comfy. It was a little hot in the bedrooms overnight even with the windows open.

We were very happy to book this place back in August, ahead of my mother-in-law running the London Marathon. There weren't many properties available, especially with 2 bedrooms, so this seemed like a great option. The host accepted the booking on 13th August. On 3rd November, I then received a message from the property asking me to cancel the reservation. They messaged again on 7th November, asking us again to cancel our booking. Per Booking.com's T&Cs, if a property is unavailable (for any reason), the host must provide alternative accommodation of equal or better quality at the host's cost. Whereas, if the guest cancels, there is no protection. I stated this to the host on 22nd November and did not receive a response. I contacted Booking.com support on 8th March, at which point the host finally responded, confirming the property was available. Being one of the busiest weekends in London, there weren't any alternative places (at affordable prices!), so not knowing whether the host would cancel gave us months of stress and worry.
