Le lave-linge, une clim sur les 2, proximité avec des lieux d'intérêt (plage, Pompéi...). Proposition d'une place de parking (8€ par jour)
La réparation de la clim qui ne fonctionnait pas, le ménage qui manque de rigueur (siphon de la douche bouché). Insonorisation inexistante de la porte d'entrée. On se croyait sur la route : impossible de dormir dans la pièce avec le canapé lit. Impossible de se garer dans la rue en semaine la plupart du temps. Manque de ventilation et une mauvaise odeur d'humidité dans la cuisine et la salle de bain. 72h de parking facturé pour moins de 48h sur place. Pas adapté pour 2 adultes et 2 ados.
