The check-in and communication with the host was very good, the location was excellent -right in the center of the town and 5 minutes walk to the beach.
The room was very clean and comfortable for 2 people, as shown in the pictures.
If you have a car, there are plenty of parking lots very close, where you can park your car for 3 euros per day (you might need coins to pay in some cases).
The room is located in the center of Larnaca nightlife, so as already mentioned in previous reviews and descriptions, there is noise during the night. We weren't bothered but someone might need earplugs to sleep.
Moreover, the shower drain could be improved.

Es war sehr sauber, neues und gepflegtes Studio, die Lage in der Altstadt war sehr zentral.
Mein Mann kam mit der sehr festen Matratze nicht gut zurecht und man braucht definitiv Ohrstöpsel, denn die zentrale Altstadtlage lockt auch viele Nachtschwärmer an.

Ce logement était au-dessus de nos attentes. Les équipements étaient très bien entretenus et semblaient même être neufs. Le logement était d'une propreté remarquable. Nous nous y sommes sentis tellement bien que nous avons cuisiné (ce qui n'est pas dans nos habitudes pour un séjour aussi court) et finalement passé beaucoup de temps dans le logement.
L'hôte, au cours de notre séjour, a pris de nos nouvelles et s'est assuré que tout se passait bien.
Le seul élément négatif, qui apparait d'ailleurs dans de nombreux autres commentaires, est le bruit. Toutefois, dès la réservation, l'hôte a eu l'honnêteté de nous envoyer un mail pour nous prévenir que ce serait bruyant. Nous avions de ce fait la possibilité d'annuler notre séjour.
Disons que c'est le prix à payer pour cet emplacement de choix.
