Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Man ist in 5 Minuten an der Marina und in 10 Minuten am Strand. Gleichzeitig ist der Komplex aber weit genug entfernt, dass es ruhig ist.
Auf das abgeschlossene Gelände kommt man nur mit einem Zugangscode bzw. einer Fernbedienung. Auf dem Gelände hat jedes Appartement seinen eigenen Parkplatz.
Die Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos, die Beschreibung für den ersten Zugang war sehr leicht verständlich.
Vor dem Appartement gab es eine kleine Veranda und eine Waschmaschine.
Leider hatte die Unterkunft gar keine persönliche Note und wirkte beim ersten Betreten sogar unangenehm ungastlich. Es war zwar brauchbar von der Ausstattung, aber einen Wohlfühlfaktor, den man sich für einen Urlaub natürlich wünscht, gab es nicht.
Auch bei der Ausstattung gab es Mängel. So hatten wir zwar eine Käsereibe, aber z.B. keine Pfanne.
Auch die Müllentsorgung an der kommunalen Abgabestellt war nicht besonders toll, aber jetzt auch kein großes Problem.

Molto bello il complesso, nuovo e ben arredato.
Mancano i portasciugamani nel bagno ed ii porta carta igienica.
La porta a scrigno nel bagno non c'è...è appoggiata fuori dalla finestra.
Metterei anche uno specchio lungo nelle camere

size of the appartment
the rule to go out with the trash before your leave is absolutely not acceptable. the reason is, that there no containers on the side of the building and you have to walk with the trash to the main street. i came to have a vacation and i expect the service and not to clean up the trash or even walk with it to the main street.
