About this chalet rental
Renovated and tastefully furnished, the cottage is very close to the marina in Marina di Grosseto and only 50 meters far away from the sea and the beaches. It lies in a quiet, very valued and pleasant residential area.
The house is centrally placed on the property and is framed by a small lawn. On both sides, the front and the back of the house guests find a covered terrace. The front terrace is ideal for breakfast and to eat outside in general - especially because of the proximity to the kitchen. And the back terrace - with access to the bedroom - is ideal for relaxing.
The entrance is via the kitchen and living area. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dining table with chairs in the middle, a sofa and a large flat screen TV.
A corridor leads to the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a massage shower. The other bedroom offers two single beds. This bedroom has its own bathroom with shower just next door.
In a small annexe at the back of the house you find a practical storage space for the garden furniture and a washing machine.
The offer is ideal for a family with up to 2 children, but also for two couples of friends who appreciate the proximity to the sea and the excellent infrastructures and services of Marina di Grosseto.

The city of Marina di Grosseto is a renowned tourist resort at just 12 km from Grosseto in Tuscany.
This important seaside resort in the Maremma, it is known for its wide sandy beaches overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, with a vast pine forest in its back, known as ‘Pineta del Tombolo’, which extends from Punta Ala to the hills of the ‘Uccellina’.
The town center develops from the estuary of the San Rocco outlet, until the border of the Natural Park of The Maremma, not far from the mouth of the Ombrone river.
The wide sandy beach (an average of 50 meters width) with many bathing establishments and great parts of free public beaches, stretches without interruption until the city of Castiglione della Pescaia.
The sea is ideal for sailing, kite-surfing and windsurfing.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Marine di Grosseto. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und bietet genügend Platz für eine Familie. Sehr gerne wieder.

Très jolie maison soignée au design récent qui nous attend à deux pas de la mer et de ses bagnos. Accueil très sympathique de Nicoletta qui est disponible au besoin. Nous avons pu changer d heure de départ sans souci, elle était d accord de venir à 8h00 plutôt que 10h00 prévu initialement. La maison est jolie, fonctionnelle bien équipée. Cependant il manque des coussins sur la terrasse (chaises en bois) et peut être un canapé extérieur ou chaise longue pour se mettre un peu plus cosy pour un petit moment lecture.

Sehr schöne, strandnahe Unterkunft. Sehr gut ausgestattet und mit einer tollen Terasse. Supermarkt, Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig erreichbar. Perfekt für Familien, da umzäunt. Das Auto kann auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden.

La casa è molto accogliente e ha tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza serena e tranquilla.
Penserei alle zanzariere o ad una disinfestazione.
Anche il giardino esterno potrebbe essere più curato rispecchiando lo stile interno della casa
