This brand new apartment is situated in Tuscany in a small residence (3 units), immersed in the local pine forest and only a quick walk - 400 meters - away from the sandy beaches of Marina di Grosseto. Furnished with the colors of the sea and the summer, it is the ideal place to relax after a day spent at the sea or exploring the great sights of Tuscany and the Maremma. The apartment with its private terrace is located on the right side of the house.

A small private terrace with a sun shade and furnished with a table, chairs and two large armchairs gives the opportunity to eat or elax in the open air enjoying the coolness of the pine forest. Guests can also enjoy the large enclosed garden equipped with a swing, chairs and 2 barbecues.

The city of Marina di Grosseto is a renowned tourist resort at just 12 km from Grosseto in Tuscany.



This important seaside resort in the Maremma, it is known for its wide sandy beaches overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, with a vast pine forest in its back, known as ‘Pineta del Tombolo’, which extends from Punta Ala to the hills of the ‘Uccellina’.

The town center develops from the estuary of the San Rocco outlet, until the border of the Natural Park of The Maremma, not far from the mouth of the Ombrone river.



The wide sandy beach (an average of 50 meters width) with many bathing establishments and great parts of free public beaches, stretches without interruption until the city of Castiglione della Pescaia.

The sea is ideal for sailing, kite-surfing and windsurfing.



As the seabed slopes gently towards the sea, the beach is also safe for younger children. Furthermore, Marina di Grosseto is connected to Grosseto, Principina a Mare and to Castiglione della Pescaia through comfortable cycle paths.
