This great three-room apartment in Tuscany, near the beaches of Marina di Grosseto, is located in a recently renovated building, with a total of 3 apartments, each with different characteristics. The L'Oblò apartment is located on the ground floor and welcomes guests with a large private terrace on the west side protected by awnings that create a very intimate atmosphere.
Inside the apartment there are various handcrafted works of art that give a Mediterranean touch to the interior. The offer is ideal for a family with up to two small children, who appreciate the large terrace with barbecue and the proximity to the sea

The city of Marina di Grosseto is a renowned tourist resort at just 12 km from Grosseto in Tuscany.
This important seaside resort in the Maremma, it is known for its wide sandy beaches overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, with a vast pine forest in its back, known as ‘Pineta del Tombolo’, which extends from Punta Ala to the hills of the ‘Uccellina’.
The town center develops from the estuary of the San Rocco outlet, until the border of the Natural Park of The Maremma, not far from the mouth of the Ombrone river.
The wide sandy beach (an average of 50 meters width) with many bathing establishments and great parts of free public beaches, stretches without interruption until the city of Castiglione della Pescaia.
The sea is ideal for sailing, kite-surfing and windsurfing.
As the seabed slopes gently towards the sea, the beach is also safe for younger children. Furthermore, Marina di Grosseto is connected to Grosseto, Principina a Mare and to Castiglione della Pescaia through comfortable cycle paths.

Posizione molto tranquilla e, al contempo, a due passi dal mare. Gestione del soggiorno da parte di maremmalink impeccabile. Consigliato qualche piccolo aggiustamento sull'appartamento per renderlo più pratico.

Siamo stati nell'appartamento Oblo' per un soggiorno di due settimane e il feedback non può che essere positivo da parte nostra.Al check in abbiamo trovato in Nicoletta e Francesco due persone squisite che sanno davvero fare bene il loro lavoro : ci hanno assistito nelle fasi iniziali e sono sempre stati disponibili e presenti.La casa è in una buona posizione , a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia piu' vicina e ad 1 minuto dalla pineta che permette ,soprattutto nelle ore prossime all'alba , di godere di belle passeggiate.E' altresi dotata di tutti i confort di cui si possa aver necessità ,cito ad esempio : un ottimo impianto di condizionamento, un bel locale lavanderia , la macchina del caffè, pentole e stoviglie di qualità e biancheria di buon livello.Il patio è godibile anche nelle ore più calde grazie ai tendoni che isolano bene. Come ultima cosa ,l'appartamento da' l' opportunità di godere di uno spazio comune con l'appartamento di sopra: tale spazio permette di fruire di un bel parcheggio e di un barbecue.Che dire ? bel posto ,bella casa ,consigliata .

Bellissima esperienza! Zona strategica vicino a mare, parcheggio auto privato. Host molto gentile e sempre a disposizione. Appartamento pulito e fresco. Unica pecca è un po’ di umidità perché si trova ad un livello inferiore (tipo seminterrato).
