MC Relax 100m from the Beach - Independent House with AC - Garden

This is an older, budget apartment. The sea is a 2-minute walk away. Everything is very basic. And naturally, you'll need to take care of your own food. Staying here for 2-3 days is fine, but spending a vacation is less comfortable. A personal car makes things easier (shops, farm produce). There are other houses very close to this one, and they all share a courtyard. So you'll be up to date with all your neighbors' family stories and know what they're having for dinner.

I'll have to go into more detail here. Many of the household items in the apartment are old and practically unusable—I'm talking about the dishes and pots. There's a coffee maker, but no kettle, so you can't heat water. The kitchen is cramped, with barely any room to move around, and the refrigerator doesn't open all the way. There's a wardrobe, but it's impossible to use—the hanger is too high, and the shelf underneath is too short to hang dresses and pants. The bed and mattress don't match. The garden mentioned in the description is a tiny lawn with a plastic table in the sun. There's no privacy. Overall, the hosts provided everything we needed, but they weren't interested in quality and comfort. We stayed for two weeks, and when I asked for a change of bed linen, the host said the apartment was too cheap and would change it for an additional 80 euros. The biggest problem was the mosquitoes. There were a lot of them. The house has three windows, but for some reason only one has a mosquito net. Luckily, I had some gauze with me, and we somehow blocked the mosquitoes' access. I rarely write critical reviews. I try to write only when everything is good. Usually, hosts themselves know that their accommodations aren't perfect. But this case is different. We've been vacationing in Italy every year for 10 years and have seen many apartments and hotels. I definitely won't be returning here. The owner even asked me to write a review 10/10. Sorry, but to deserve such a rating, you need to at least make a little effort to make people feel comfortable. At the very least, put mosquito nets on the windows.
