Unbeatable location with fantastic amenities. Everything in Brisbane is just a walk away. Would absolutely stay again and reccomend to anyone wanting a comfy stay with a beautiful view. Hosts were fantastic!

The lifts in the building take some time to get up and down from the lobby (not the hosts fault). Not the worst thing but yeah takes some time.

The apartment was new and well-equipped for a short stay. It had everything I needed, plus nice facilities in the complex like a pool and a sauna. The location was exactly what I wanted - right in the city centre.

It turned out to be more like an Airbnb setup rather than a typical Booking.com apartment, which I didn’t realise beforehand. I stayed for two weeks on a business trip, and during that time there was no cleaning service. You only get one set of bed linen and two towels for the entire stay. For two people staying two weeks, that’s really not enough. It felt like they expected guests to wash and dry everything themselves, which isn’t practical when you only have one set of everything. The vacuum cleaner was there, and there was no mop. For the price (around $3,000 for two weeks), you’d expect at least a weekly cleaning service to be included - or at least built into the price, I wouldn’t mind that. Naturally, after a while, the provided shampoo and shower gel also ran out, and since there’s no cleaner checking in, no one could notice or restock them. I suppose I could have messaged someone about it, but I came for work, not to spend time sorting out small logistical issues. Also, picking up the key was inconvenient, I had to walk down a hill to a convenience store (Ezymart) to collect it, even though there was another Ezymart closer. And for two guests, they only provided one key, which made things extremely inconvenient. Lastly, the lifts in the building were incredibly slow, sometimes you’d wait up to 10 minutes, though to be fair, that’s not the host’s fault.
