Beautiful Brisbane CBD High Rise Apt at Queens Wharf

Excellent location, views and facilities at this apartment.

The staff on arrival were not helpful sadly and luvky to receive a neutral rating. Coming in late after travel I hadn't read the email instructions about key pick up and felt disorientated. One staff member was sniggering while the other gave a little assistance after telling me I had an email to read. I do not know what the purpose of the staff on the desk actually was, and had no further contact. Staff at key pick up and drop off very good.

It’s a lovely place! The view from the 35th floor is fantastic, and the spacious balcony is a big plus. Guests can dine out with no stress, and the room is well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and stove. There are also knives and cutting boards available. The laundry machine works great — just put the clothes in and they come out dry.

For guests who drive, please note that there’s no parking space on the premises. There are several parking lots nearby, but they can be quite expensive. Also, check-out time is in the morning, so guests who plan to stay until the afternoon may need to find somewhere to store their luggage.

Pillows were not comfortable, very flat. Could do with some more puffier pillows. Found out the day before arrival that I had to pick up keys from half a km away. I had a lot of gear with me so made it difficult on arrival. Ideally, collection closer to accommodation would be ideal, as a suggestion.
