Premier location! Billion dollar view! Easy walk to cafes, restaurants, the beach and the train. In American standards, this can be considered a “tiny house”. Sleeping and bathrooms were cramped and challenging. Older travelers may prefer to sleep on the 2 sofas. But the terrace with automatic awning was the place to be! I could look out on that view all day. We were rarely in the house anyway visiting hill towns etc. be aware of the tight sleeping, bathing quarters. But the value plus the location and views are worth considering this property

Cramped sleeping and bathrooms. The stairs up to the loft are steep and challenging, especially due to ceiling height. Washing machine was great, but had to sit to operate.

Perfect location, right next to the train station and all of the local restaurants and shops and a minute walk to the beach. The balcony has a view to die for and is the main reason we loved the apartment. Our host kept in contact with us and was very accommodating with allowing an hour later check out which we appreciated. The apartment has full facilities, everything we needed for our week's stay. The apartment was very clean and tidy, there were fresh bedding and towels. One stop along the rail line to Beaulieu sur mer gets you to the supermarket, very convenient and much cheaper than shopping in the Casino food shops. This is our second stay in this apartment.

The apartment has the same furnishings as when we first stayed about 7 years ago so it is looking tired. The little shower could do with a refresh as there was mould in the grout and on the ceiling in the bathroom. The double bed is on a mezzanine floor, just a mattress and the ceiling is very low and I'm 5'2 and couldn't stand up straight and lost count how many times I bumped my head.

Beachfront. Stunning location. Apartment is as described. Great location.
