This luxurious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is located right on the seafront of Villefranche a stone's throw from the beach. Furnished to the highest standard with a large South facing terrace with loungers on which you can relax and sunbathe all day long! The Train Station is literally steps from the front entrance so no car hire required!
Space
The living area consists of a comfortable L shaped sofa . There is a 42” wall mounted smart TV with both French and English channels equipped with HDMI cables as well as a DVD player. The living area has original French doors leading to the large South facing terrace.
The modern integrated kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob, fridge freezer and washer/dryer.
The large master bedroom includes a king sized bed and feature window, there is no better view to wake up to than the boats and the bay! There is a triple wardrobe which also includes plenty of drawer space. The en-suite bathroom includes a large power shower and storage in mirrored cabinets. There is a 42” wall mounted smart TV and a DVD player. The master bedroom also has French doors that open onto the terrace.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds and leads onto the main bathroom. There are two windows looking out onto lush greenery. The mirrored double wardrobe provides plenty of storage space for clothes. The bathroom includes a large shower cubicle with power shower and a toilet, sink, bidet and mirrored wall cabinet for storage.
The large south facing terrace includes a Barlow Tyrie dining table that comfortably seats 6 people and there are two Barlow Tyrie sun loungers perfectly positioned for the sun all day long. . The terrace has plenty of lighting for night time dining and spotlights in the walls which look beautiful when the sun has gone down!
Neighbourhood
A two minute stroll along the sea front leads you to a strip of fab restaurants. La Mere Germaine is a very well known seafood restaurant where you can often see celebs arriving by boat.... a further two minutes and you hit the bustling Old Town where you will find plenty of bars, restaurants and all the local amenities you could need.
Getting Around
The gate to the entrance to the apartment is literally opposite the train station, you couldn't be in a better location for public transport! Villefranche sur Mer is situated between Nice (6 minutes on the train) and Monaco (14 minutes). The train runs all the way to Ventimiglia (Italy) in one direction and to Cannes in the other with plenty of fab places to visit along the way including Menton, Monaco, Eze, Cap-d'Ail, Antibe and Juan les Pins.

The terrace has a fantastic view of the bay, yachts and Cap Ferrat. VilleFranche Sur Mer is such a beautiful town to walk around with fantastic restaurants. There was zero train noise and the proximity to the train with which we used every day to tour all of the towns on the Riviera is right out your back gate. We did the walk around Cap Ferrat and took the train back from Beaulieu. The apartment is a slice of heaven with the ever changing evening sky’s over the bay and yachts. Be sure to eat at Mayssa Beach restaurant for a treat the food and ambience is divine. Esponsa Restaurant is also part of the same group just below the apartment and serves the Bream the same way at your table but for less money. We tried most of the restaurants on the front and we had amazing meals everywhere. The apartment has everything you need. You can come in the back way and avoid the stairs up but the gate has a trick to open it which we figured out. We love it so much and can’t wait to come back.

Nice apartment with good location. Excellent HVAC. Parking a big problem. Access challenging with stairs and gate lock to upper access non-functioning. Could use more than one set of towels, and kitchen should have more essentials stocked v. having to purchase for short term stay (e.g., cooking oil, pepper, plastic wrap). Area WiFi unfortunately out during stay. Enjoyed dining and view from large patio.

This lovely apartment has stunning views and fantastic access to the beach and sea which are just in front and to the railway line which is just behind. It was everything we wanted from a holiday apartment. Easy check in via a key box, great WiFi and facilities generally. We loved it!
