It is located in a secure luxury residence which includes a closed private parking and a swimming pool with panoramic sea views and facing the legendary road of the Basse Corniche linking Nice to Monaco.
It combines the charm of the Côte d'Azur, the beautiful and sought-after view of the Bay of Villefranche and the impression of overlooking the sea from inside the living room.

1 entrance, 1 large living room with kitchen and living room with a sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a bed 160x200, 1 bathroom and a loggia terrace of 7 m² with a magical view of the bay of Villefranche sur Mer and Saint Jean Cap Ferrat.
It is 5 minutes walk from the old town and 10 minutes from the beach and train station.

WIFI access offered free of charge.
Provision of 2 tea towels.
Possibility to rent bed linen (fitted sheet, flat sheet, 4 pillowcases) with bed made on arrival: 30 € / bed per week.

Loved our time here. Gorgeous views, spotless place with lovely new kitchen. It worked perfectly for us. You can walk straight down the hill to the best swimming beach in the area. The apartment is very well equipped, lots of thoughtful small touches and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Our stay at this location was absolutely fabulous. With the breathtaking views from our terrace to the cleanliness of the unit one would be truly impressed. Our host Jean Pierre epitomizes graciousness having gone out and getting us fresh milk and tea as we checked in very late and had yet not acquired our car rental. We most heartedly recommend this stay to anyone that may be interested. We will most definitely be coming back.

We have had the best holiday in this appartment. It has a fantastic view, good location and a nice and calm pool. The appartment is very well equiped - nothing is missing.
Good communication with the owner.
We will like to come again next year.
