Although it's a 20–30 minute walk to the beach, we actually preferred staying in the Old Town rather than the resort area. The views were fantastic, and it was just a short uphill walk to Zoe Hora for dinner. The location was peaceful, full of character, and we loved supporting local businesses instead of the newer resort and hotel developments along the beachfront. The Old Town ended up being a highlight of our stay. Gjipe Beach, which we thought was far better than the main beach, was also only a short drive away.

The parking situation was a little challenging. The driveway is narrow, one-way, and shared with visitors to the local church, so it became particularly busy on Sunday. We chose to park on the street instead of navigating the driveway. Some more detailed parking instructions before arrival would have been helpful. That said, the owner was fantastic—he came down to meet us and helped us find the parking spot, which we really appreciated.

Located on the hillside with wonderful views across the sea. The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed for a 3-4 day stay. The car parking is located a short walk but very manageable. Vaso was a wonderful host and helped us with some questions about location of the supermarket, bakery etc.

This isn't to do with the accommodation but the the old town of Dhermi is somewhat small and doesn't have any facilities - supermarket, bakery etc so you need a car.
