הדירה הייתה מהממת ונקייה. מאובזרת טוב והיה הכל כמו שצריך. האיזור עם הבריכה ממש כיפי והיה לנו כיף לבלות סופ״ש.
הדבר היחיד שהיה מוזר זה שלא היה ניתן לתלות את הדוש בשום מקום באמבטיה, צריך להחזיק אותו בחדר הנוסף במרפסת נורא חם בבוקר והמזגן המרכזי לא סוחב כשממש חם, בלילה דווקא סבבה לגמרי.

חניה פרטית, שני חדרי שינה זוגיים ועוד חדר ממ"ד ל3 ילדים ואפילו 4 בספה נפתחת, קרוב לטיילת מהצד של הגשר, מלון מלכת שבא, מטבח מאובזר כולל מקרר ענק, תנור כיריים, מיקרוגל, מדיח כלים ואפילו קפסולות.
הבריכה לא פרטית אלא ציבורית ולא היתה כל כך מזמינה. במקלחת הורים המים נשפכים החוצה, לא היו שטיחי אמבטיה ב2 המקלחות,
